Refund & Return Policy

At Don’t Worry, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality millet-based snacks to your doorstep. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair Return and Refund Policy as outlined below.


📦 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product (item mismatch)

  • The product was damaged in transit

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share unboxing video/photos clearly showing the issue

  • Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging


The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for reasons like taste preference, change of mind, or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (such as logistics issues or force majeure events).


💸 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • We will initiate a full or partial refund to your original method of payment

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days

In case of prepaid orders with product damage or unavailability:

  • A full refund will be issued automatically

  • You will be notified via email or SMS

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .

Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.


🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our food products. However, in cases of wrong or damaged items, we may offer a replacement if the issue is reported within the specified window and validated.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if the request is made after 48 hours or if there is evidence of misuse or deliberate damage.

  • Refunds are at the sole discretion of Don’t Worry based on case review.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the fault is from our side.
