Refund & Return Policy

At Don’t Worry, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality millet-based snacks to your doorstep. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair Return and Refund Policy as outlined below.
📦 Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a wrong product (item mismatch)

The product was damaged in transit

The product was expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return, you must:

Raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Share unboxing video/photos clearly showing the issue

Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for reasons like taste preference, change of mind, or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (such as logistics issues or force majeure events).
💸 Refunds
If your return is approved:

We will initiate a full or partial refund to your original method of payment

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
In case of prepaid orders with product damage or unavailability:

A full refund will be issued automatically

You will be notified via email or SMS
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .
Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our food products. However, in cases of wrong or damaged items, we may offer a replacement if the issue is reported within the specified window and validated.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if the request is made after 48 hours or if there is evidence of misuse or deliberate damage.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Don’t Worry based on case review.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the fault is from our side.
