At Don’t Worry, we are committed to delivering your favorite millet-based snacks to your doorstep in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.
🚚 Delivery Coverage
We deliver across India, including major cities, towns, and selected remote locations via trusted logistics partners.
If your area is not serviceable, you will be informed during checkout or contacted post-order.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In the event of high order volumes or festive periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
The products would be delivered to the customer’s within 4 to 6 days .

💰 Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹699.
A nominal shipping fee may be applied for orders below the minimum amount or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
🧾 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
A tracking link via SMS/email
Regular updates on shipping status
You can also reach out to our support team in case of any delay or issue.
❌ Non-Delivery & Reattempts
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:
Our logistics partner will make 2–3 reattempts
If the order is undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us
Re-delivery can be initiated, but extra shipping charges may apply in such cases.
🛑 Important Notes
We do not guarantee delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect/incomplete address details provided by the customer.
