  • We specialize in millet-based, clean-label Indian snacks.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment (except COD orders).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, you agree to accept the delivery and make full payment at the time of receipt.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across India via reliable courier partners.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transport strike, national emergency) are not our responsibility.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are dispatched.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect. You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
